La idea de justicia y el multiculturalismo.

Abstract

This author presents the problem of justice that is faced by the State nowadays, incapable of providing justice and equality to all its citizens. This problem relates to multiculturalism, to diversity and pluralism, all claims made to the State. He analyses the validity of a policy of recognizing and, in the sense of this statement, he raises the question of Chiapas. The analysis of the Chiapas' problem makes him try to locate political and socially valid categories, and to explore the idea of justice in a context of cultural plurality.
