Abstract

After July the second 2000, it is believed that Mexico will advance towards a pro entrepre¬neurial project, based on Fox's management experience in Coca-Cola and his efficiency oriented reforms which were implemented in Guanajuato. His transition team, the reforms to federal public administration composed by some managers from private enterprises portent that Mexican state will approximate faster to a neomanagement model suggested by OCDE to accelerate globalization process. This article also explores on the way that Fox's administration will possibly go in the next years.
