Determinantes sociales de la política de salud en el combate del VIH-SIDA en México
Abstract
Health policies aspects are formed by social, economical, cultural and political elements. Mexican health policies destinated to combat AIDS/HIV were analized finding three social determiners: The economical policies of the last three goverment periods in wich reductions of budget destinated to health services were done, the prevailing ideology related to sexual aspects and the influece of conservationists an the freee gey mouvement. Resuting a lack of health preventive campaigns destinated to the most affected groups.
