Abstract

This article explores the analytical elements which justify an interpretation of the social as a space of political struggle in the corpus of the so-called spatial turn in contemporary polítical theory. It will aim to show the relevance of this approach to address the relations that the singular social conflicts establish with the power structure in which they are embedded. With this background, we take e Reading of the theoretical developments of Juan Carlos Marín and Michel Foucault, which interpret society as a space traversed by multiple power relations that make up the social battle field from different places.
