Spatial justice and the right to higher education in Oaxaca

In the first part of this article, the normative dimensions of spatial justice and the right to higher education are described. In the second part, the operationalization of these criteria is presented to, later, in the third section, analyze the offer of higher education in Oaxaca from a spatial perspective. Our analysis concludes that, from a normative and spatial perspective, the offer of higher education at the state, regional, interregional and intraregional levels in Oaxaca is not only unequal, but also inequitable and unfair.
