El problema de la ciudadanía en un mundo globalizado.

Abstract

This essay points out a group of citizenship related problems, which generally speaking, have appeared in those countries where they run parallel with the reforms introduced to the corresponding political system and have been oriented towards the model of liberal and market democracy. This has happened in these countries after the crisis of authoritarian governments, either military as well as those conducted by the "socialist" bureaucracy. In accordance with its characteristics, this situation has also affected the Mexican political system.
