Programas y proyectos de desarrollo: principios, bases y perspectivas para el México rural.
Abstract
The instrumentation studies have the purpose of elucidating the intrinsic complexities of concrete actions of human activity. In the first part, this work presents a revision of the evolution of these studies. The second part addresses the conceptual elements that it is suggested be taken into account in rural development programs and projects instrumentation; and the third and last part broaches the perspective of the instrumentation of these programs within Mexico's socioeconomic context.
