Las condiciones de la política en América Latina

Abstract

This article discusses the importance of institutional ways which correspond to the present day political processes. Its references can be found in the field of changes in the political systems. Democracy has constituted itself in an axis which articulates politics. However, not much is said about the conditions of the politics. Experience shows that politics have changed and these seems to define a sort of autocomprehensive statute. But, it is important to insist in the possible explanations of the changes found. To study this problem will help to design important comprehensive keys to think again the direction of political processes in Latin America and which are their possible limits.
