Abstract

The principles of justice are surely the central part of the teory of justice of John Rawls. This theory is very important in the modern philosophy of morals and politics because have rescued the clasic theory of constructualism, so that since Rawls wrote his book A theory of justice, almost every writer of this topic have to speak abot it. Nevertheless, the principles of justice have a lot of problem in the construction and in their coherence with the other parts of the teory. Thus, the fundamental objetive of this article is to show this mistakes and incoherences
