Aspectos de los sistemas de salud de Chile, Colombia y México
Abstract
This article presents the primary results of research that involves carious research centers. The aim is to analyze the characteristics of structural transformation in Latin-American health care systems, particularly in three countries: Chile, Colombia and Mexico. In these cases, the behavior of the main applied strategies: selective privatization, descentralization and focalization is analyzed. It also identifies features or variability and the processes that facilitate or retard its application
