El MST en una perspectiva histórica

Abstract

The article analyses the political and organizacional trajectory of the Landless Rural Workers’ Movement (MST) since it genesis to the present conformation. We emphasize the period between 1995 and 2002, when there’s a growth from the MST and its political projection on the national and international levels through the systematic opposition to neoliberalism. We point, in the end, to some of the main political and organizacional challenges on the short and medium run faced by the MST.
