The main aim of this paper is to analyze the perceptions of professors in the intellectual capital management in the university context. The exploratory factor analysis determined which items had the greatest weight in the components: human, structural and relational and if there was a possible relationship between them. The results show the items that contribute the most in the three components. Subsequently the correlations show significance between the items of satisfaction and organizational culture, and in turn, between satisfaction and motivation. The main findings confirm the relationships between human capital and structural capital, as well as between items of the same component (human capital).
