Abstract

A comparison in time, between the decades of the sixties and nineties, allows an appreciation of clear structural differences at a global and regional level, without mentioning national cases. These changes in structures determine notable differences in the perspectives of each situation for the future. This leads to questions about the consequences of these changes in terms of subjectivities, collective imaginary and project construction .
