Crisis y modernización hidroagrícola en México.
Abstract
This article analyzes the transformations that have operated in the last 20 years concerning the relationship between State and agricultural production, particularly the one that occurred since 1989 with the hidroagricultural modernization policy and the transformations to the twenty-seventh article in the constitution, In the first part of the article, characteristics of the present development model for agricultural production are shown; later they explore mechanisms that alter and produce a crisis, and the transformation of this relationship and governmental apparatus, to finally review the political and social consequences of the process.
