Lectura del programa nacional de salud 2001-2006 en México

Abstract

On purpose to value the variation of the regimen of the sanitary politic, the analisys results are presented of the main strategies and action guidelines of the National Health Program 2001-2006, in Mexico. Going from the statement that health is a basic need, wich definition must be generative of any public politic; the on board once is done confronts the general stablishments of the text with the fundamental principles that supported the regimen of social welfare. The analisys by argumen¬tation alouds to identify the internal and external coherency of the text and throw information re¬garding the non mentioned objectives; through this instrument the most distinguished of the current goverment with the meassuraments that have been implanted in the last decades; it's valued the distance that the current regimen has in heatlh planification issue regarding the previous, and the fact of electoral alternancy with the existance I or not of its correlated en health policy. In the results was found that there are elements that revelates that more than changes of sense or new politics, the discourse is affirmated by continuity, profundization and the aceleration of defined meassurements by past goverments.
