Abstract

The article examines, from a study of cases in four organizations, the forms of participation of the women in the leadership of the movements picketers in Argentina. There are discussed the processes that produce certain reproduction of the desigualdades of kind(genre) in these movements, from a " differentiation of competitions " between(among) modals (for the most part women) and leaders (for the most part males).
