Abstract

The aim of this text is to present the thesis of Jacques Ranciére around the political esthetic, understood as a way of social order composition situated on a distortion. About this conception I am going to analyze the practice of creation and composition of the Wuppertal Dance Theatre of Pina Bausch. This, with the interest of showing how this dance company manages to put in question, starting on new forms of composition, the hegemonic ways of perception in the contemporary societies. I want to refer how the evidence of distortion became the construction of politic subjectivity. This is possible after making acquaintance of new forms of visibility and organization with the critic of the contemporary man’s experience modes. Key words: political esthetic, subjectivity, Wuppertal Dance Theatre.
